When
designing a survey, it is important to ensure that survey objectives are met, question
types are appropriate for the data being collected, the wording is clear, survey
flow and sequencing are correct, skip logic makes sense, and that the survey is
the appropriate length. Feel free to

A well-designed questionnaire can generate higher levels
of response and more accurate replies. Using a range of styles, fonts, graphics,
colours and templates, we can create a questionnaire that will be well-received
by your survey respondents and that is consistent with your corporate guidelines.
Professional
translation services are available, completed by native-language
speakers. Please note that translation does not
occur until the survey has been finalized in the initial language of design, and
has been formally approved by the client.

can send one or more reminder notices to your respondents to ensure that you meet
an optimal response rate.
For paper-based surveys, we open envelopes, and count and number questionnaires.
Respondents can return completed questionnaires in confidence to Mosaic Research Solutions.
In some situations, data collection is best handled by a personal interview. Mosaic can provide professional interviewers
to speak with individual respondents and collect their feedback.
Once the data is collected,
our staff is available to prepare your data for analysis. We can advise you of the
most appropriate method of data entry (for paper surveys) and data cleaning for your survey data.
Clients can be provided with access to a private results
portal, where they can view response rates, download raw data, or view basic online
reports.
Mosaic starts its
projects by enquiring about your reporting
requirements, to ensure that the survey process
captures the data you need to build
your reports. Report planning
considerations include specifying required data filters, determining
the need to link to historical data, and enquiring about verbatim analysis (reviewing “comments” to establish and patterns,
and quantify trends and themes).
Reports can be delivered in a number of formats, including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and hard copy. Careful use of colour and clarity in writing style are key elements of
any Mosaic report.
Formal in-person presentations to management groups can be arranged for any project.

We offer
