We take pride in offering professional and confidential service.  Stringent quality control checks are carried out at all stages of the survey process, including logic checks, validation of pre-populated data, data entry, spelling and grammar reviews, assessing the ability to build linkages with data collected from historical and/or future projects, and report generation checks.

We respect your data.  We treat all replies to surveys as confidential.  We never release data to individuals or organizations other than the key client contact.  You own your data, and we manage it as instructed by you.
